WHAT IS PSYCHOTHERAPY?
Psychotherapy - also known as "talk therapy" or just plain therapy. Is a process whereby psychological problems are treated through communication and relationship factors between an individual and a mental health professional.
Clinically speaking, psychotherapy is a form of intervention between a trained psychotherapist and a client in order to aid in the problems of living.
HOW LONG IS A SESSION WITH YOU?
Modern psychotherapy is time-limited, focused and usually occurs once a week for 45-50 minutes per session
WHAT TECHNIQUES DO YOU USE?
I use a variety of techniques in order to help my patients. These can be through communication, behavioral conditioning, and other methods that I see fit to help improve my patients quality of living and mental state.
